Returns Policy


We love our customers and we want you to be happy with your Exquisiti experience.

Our returns policy is SIMPLE. Here are the essentials:

RETURNS DEADLINE:  45 days

All refunds and or exchanges can be done only within 45 days since your purchase.  No returns, exchanges or refunds will be done after the 45 days.

You will get a full refund if you change your mind before the product has been shipped.

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us at Info.Exquisiti@gmail.com or call or text 1-832-982-5828 about your item.
    1. Pls leave voice mail if we are serving other customers when you call.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  3. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    1. The purchased item must not look used or show damage, wear and tear. Please attach photos of the item from multiple sides if possible.
    2. Only regular or sale priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.
    3. You will get a refund or exchange if your item(s) has been damaged during shipping.
  4. Please provide all details about yourself
    1. Name and contact information – email, phone, Facebook or Instagram
    2. Item you want to return or exchange
    3. Copy of receipt or Proof of Purchase
    4. Reason for wanting to return the item
  5. An Exquisiti customer rep will contact you within 1-2 business days. Before that time, please do not ship the item to Exquisiti.
  6. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
    1. Please contact us by email or phone if you still have not received your refund by then.
  7. Note: Since most of our items are unique and hand-made, an exchange may take 2-4 months.

RETURN SHIPPING

  1. If you are approved for return or exchange, your return shipping will be paid by us.
  2. We will send you a shipping label with a known carrier. Use that to ship your package to:
