About the Artist: Dino Rosin is one of the greatest Master glass artists of contemporary times. Venetian born Dino started early and has worked with renowned glassworks and his illustrious brother Loredano to become a master glassmaker who develops new and unique works of art.
Dino’s passion, his refined techniques and unique skill in “intaglio” (carving) and the “molatura” (grinding) of large glass sculptures ably support his imagination and creativity.
Dino is also known as the master of the ancient Murano glass making technique of Calcedonio, where a montage of colors is created by a mixing different metal oxides in the molten glass.
Dino works in his studio in Venice creating magnificent glass works of art. His masterpieces are exhibited in many important art galleries worldwide.

In fact, all this increases the value of the piece, since this indicates the genuineness of the hand-made glass.)
